Your Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) spells out copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums. Ten minutes with it beats a year of surprises — and we'll gladly walk through it with you.

How to file a claim

Most claims are filed automatically by your provider. If you ever need to file one yourself, use your carrier portal or the number on your ID card — and keep itemized receipts.

Open Enrollment guide

Open Enrollment is the annual window to change or renew coverage — it begins November 1 for Marketplace plans. We reach out before each season to re-shop your plan proactively, so renewals never run on autopilot.

Getting a new ID card

Log in to your carrier's portal or app, find “ID Card,” and download or print. Most carriers offer digital cards you can save to your phone's wallet. Step-by-step instructions per carrier are in the Help Center.
